MAS Amanah provides digital services, but each Waqf remains independent.
MAS Amanah provides the wider digital environment. MAS Waqf is the service that supports Waqfs through secure digital tools.
Each Waqf using MAS Waqf remains responsible for its own governance, administration, records, finances and member services.
For this reason, enquiries relating to the day-to-day affairs of a particular Waqf should be directed to that Waqf.
This includes matters such as:
- Accounts, rent or other charges
- Property, resident or tenancy matters
- Beneficiary matters
- Governance and administration
- Waqf-specific notices
- Information specific to an individual Waqf
MAS Amanah is unable to make decisions or provide information on behalf of an individual Waqf.
